사람, 침팬지, 보노보의 분자계통도 1
2001년 독일 막스플랑크 연구소에서 염색체 13번의 non-coding DNA 10kb를 비교한 연구에 따르면 보노보와 침팬지는 유전자 시퀀스가 매우유사하여 최근에 분지된 것으로 보이며, 사람과 침팬지 보노보는 공통 그룹에 속하는 것으로 나타납니다. 그다음 고릴라와 가깝고 오랑우탄이 제일 멀다고 합니다..
그리고 위의 계통 나무에서 주의 깊게 살펴보실 것은
1. 보노보노와 침팬지는 유전자 염기서열은 아주 유사한 것으로 나타납니다. 그런데도 성격이나 사회성은 많은 차이가 있다고 합니다.
2. 사람끼리의 유전자 염기서열 변이는 극히 적어서 좁은 곳에 조밀하게 모여 있는데 이것는 현생인류가 아주 최근에 공통조상으로부터 급격히 인구 팽창을 했다는 것으로 해석할수 있습니다.

Great ape DNA sequences reveal a reduced diversity and an expansion in humans.
Kaessmann H, Wiebe V, Weiss G, Pääbo S. - The extent of DNA sequence variation of chimpanzees is several-fold greaterthan that of humans. It is unclear, however, if humans or chimpanzeesare exceptional among primates in having low and high amounts of DNAsequence diversity, respectively. To address this, we have determinedapproximately 10,000 bp of noncoding DNA sequences at Xq13.3 (which hasbeen extensively studied in both humans and chimpanzees) from 10western lowland gorillas (Gorilla gorilla gorilla) and 1 mountaingorilla (Gorilla gorilla beringei; that is, from 2 of the 3 currentlyrecognized gorilla subspecies), as well as 8 Bornean (Pongo pygmaeuspygmaeus) and 6 Sumatran (Pongo pygmaeus abelii) orang-utans,representing both currently recognized orang-utan subspecies. We showthat humans differ from the great apes in having a low level of geneticvariation and a signal of population expansion.

이것은 미토콘드리아 DNA의 염기서열을 근거로 구성한 것입니다. 미토콘드라아는 모계 유전되는데 변이 속도가 빠른편입니다. 이것도 이전의 염색체 13번의 분자 계통도와 일치합니다. 그리고 인간 끼리는 조밀하게 모여 있는데 한명의 여성(공통 할머니)의 자손인가 봅니다. 그리고 재미 있는것은 최근 발견된 네안데르탈인의 DNA 염기서열을 포함하고 있는데, 인간과 분지 거리는 가까운데 염기서열은 차이가 많은가 봅니다. 좀 이상하게......more
